Newly appointed Atalanta head coach Ivan Juric is determined to keep Ademola Lookman at the club.
Lookman has been associated with a departure from the Bergamo club, with several teams, including Napoli, Juventus, and Arsenal, reportedly interested in acquiring him.
Juric has however expressed his desire to see the winger stay with the former UEFA Europa League champions.
Calcio Napoli quoted the former Southampton coach: “The plan would be to retain both Lookman and Ederson, although the club has specific market strategies and I have not requested any players, including those I have previously coached.”
The Nigeria international had a strong performance for Atalanta last season, with 22 goals and five assists in 46 matches across all competitions.
The 27-year-old player has a year remaining on his contract with La Dea.
