The event, organized by the Nigerian Law School Golf Club, was held at the scenic Zuma Rock Golf Course, located along the Abuja-Kaduna-Zaria expressway in Niger State. The idea of integrating golf into the NLS events was championed by Chief Joe-Kyari Gadzama, SAN, a seasoned advocate and passionate golfer
Chief Gadzama, who previously served as the captain of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) golf section for over a decade, has now taken on a leading role in promoting the sport within the NLS community.
Under his guidance, the NLS golf club was established with a vision to encourage physical wellness and create a platform for bonding among legal professionals. Gadzama emphasized the broader benefits of golf, especially within the legal community.
