Jorrel Hato, a standout for Ajax, has officially joined Chelsea for a reported fee of somewhat less than £38 million.
Fabrizio Romano claims that the Dutch international had earned €43 million (£37.5 million) at Ajax.Hato said on Chelsea’s website: “I’m thrilled to be here and I’m really enthusiastic. I wanted to advance in my job and gave my future a lot of thought. I’m thrilled that Chelsea is the greatest location for me to achieve it.
The 16-year-old defender is among the most promising young players in the Netherlands, as evidenced by the fact that in 2022 he became the third-youngest player to make his Ajax Eredivisie debut.
