Rio Ferdinand, a former England defender, has blasted Jamie Carragher, his former national teammate, for treating Manchester United player Casemiro disrespectfully. According to Ferdinand, Carragher’s criticism of Casemiro was “disrespectful” and too swift. As the team is starting to settle in, Casemiro is among the players on Ruben Amorim’s squad who have excelled this season. Manchester United is presently fifth in the Premier League standings after winning their last three games against Sunderland, Liverpool, and Brighton.
