In its unaudited results for the nine months ending September 30, 2025, Seplat Energy PLC recorded N3.356 trillion in revenue, up from N1071 trillion during the same time the previous year. Year over year, its gross profit increased from N531.5 billion to N1.356 trillion. The declared dividend payout for the quarter was 7.5 US cents per share, which was made up of 2.5 US cents per share special and 5.0 US cents per share base.Operating profit increased from N411.3 billion to N1.096 trillion over the period, while cash generated from operations increased from N633.8 billion to N2.152 trillion. EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization) increased from N573.4 billion in the nine months of 2024 to N1.715 trillion for the 9M period. Compared to the reported 9M 2024 production of 47,525 boepd, the company’s 9M 2025 production averaged 135,636 boepd, an 185% increase; its first cargo of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) was sold to the domestic market, facilitating clean cooking and enhancing domestic energy access; and the ANOH gas plant is scheduled to deliver its first gas in 4Q 2025.
