The report states that the two friendlies are set for March. However, FIFA’s upcoming decision regarding the nation’s eligibility protest against the Democratic Republic of Congo still governs any match engagement for the Super Eagles.Last November, in the African playoff final, the Leopards defeated Nigeria 4-3 on penalties. At the 2026 World Cup, Iran will play in Group G against Belgium, Egypt, and New Zealand.
