Veteran Nollywood actress, Jumoke George, has cried out for financial assistance.
Jumoke George made the public plea on Tuesday in a video interview with her colleague, Biola Bayo.
Sharing her struggles with the public, George stated that she has been homeless and unwell for six years.
George, who succumbed to tears, revealed her current situation of residing in a church while fighting illness
“Please, I require assistance. I’m exhausted, and I can’t take it anymore. I have been home for 6 years and am currently residing in the church. It’s usually the church mummy who feeds me. I possess nothing that I can claim as my own.
„Ich war krank, habe verschiedene Tests in der Vergangenheit gemacht und jetzt muss ich Gehirn- und Herztests machen, die N400.000 kosten.“ I have no idea where to obtain it. Due to my constant pain, I can’t sleep. There is something wrong with me in every regard.
