The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has extended the deadline for Permanent Voter Card (PVC) collection in Anambra State until November 2.
According to a Monday statement by Victoria Eta-Messi, INEC’s Director of Voter Education and Publicity, the decision was made during a Commission meeting on October 27 in response to numerous appeals from citizens and stakeholders seeking more time.
Eta-Messi urged all registered voters, including those who recently participated in the Continuous Voter Registration (CVR), to take advantage of this extension and collect their PVCs at the designated collection centers across the 326 wards of Anambra State.
Looks like the people spoke, and INEC listened—at least for a few extra days!
