Brighton & Hove Albion, a team in the English Women’s Super League (WSL), has praised goalie Chiamaka Nnadozie for her outstanding performance in the 2025 Ballon d’Or ceremony.
In the women’s Goalkeeper of the Year division, Nnadozie came in fourth place.

As the first African, nay Nigerian, to receive a nomination for the esteemed prize, Nnadozie created history.
