Serhou Guirassy, a forward for Borussia Dortmund and Guinea, finished the 2024–2025 UEFA Champions League quarterfinals as the tournament’s top scorer.
As the Champions League quarterfinal second-leg matches came to a thrilling conclusion on Wednesday, Serhou Guirassy has scored 13 goals overall, one more than any other player in the competition.
Guirassy’s outstanding performance, which included a spectacular hat-trick against FC Barcelona on Tuesday, helped Dortmund triumph. He is currently only one goal ahead of Raphinha, a Brazilian winger for Barcelona who has scored 12 goals in the tournament thus far.
Unfortunately, Barcelona eliminated Dortmund, Serhou Guirassy’s squad, 3-5 on aggregate, therefore the 29-year-old Guinea international will not be able to increase his goal total in the tournament.
