The Imo State Government’s initiatives to improve human capital development and encourage people’ digital skills have received renewed backing from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM). This was revealed during a recent courtesy visit to the Government House in Owerri by a group from the Institute to Lady Dr. Chinyere Ihuoma Ekomaru, the Deputy Governor of Imo State.On behalf of Governor Hope Uzodimma, the group was met by the Deputy Governor.
