To safeguard lives, property, vital national assets, and infrastructure, CC Nuhu Dansadau, Commandant of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Kaduna State Command, has directed the immediate deployment of 1,500 personnel throughout the state’s 23 Local Government Areas.
In honor of this year’s Eid-ul-Adha celebration, the Federal Government has designated Friday, June 6, and Monday, June 9, 2025, as public holidays.
The Commandant encouraged people to carry on with their regular activities after assuring Kaduna residents that their lives and property would be secure over the holiday season, according to a statement released by the Command Public Relations Officer, SC Musa Labaran.
He forewarned the state’s criminals to change their ways and become decent citizens, failing which they would be held accountable for their crimes.
While congratulating Muslims on this joyous occasion, the Commandant prayed to Allah Ta’ala to give the NSCDC leadership the wisdom, knowledge, and understanding they need to continue leading the corps’ operations.
