Ola Aina and Taiwo Awoniyi should return for Nottingham Forest’s Premier League trip to Tottenham Hotspur on Monday of next week, according to manager Nuno Espirito Santo.
Both Awoniyi and Aina have missed the Tricky Trees’ previous two league games because of hamstring and calf injuries, respectively.
Forest also dropped their matches against Everton and Aston Villa.
We’re hoping to get Ola and T (Awoniyi) back. Every player is required. Having every player available would be beneficial because the last stretch would be difficult,” Nuno stated.
Despite their recent terrible performance, the Reds are still in third place.
They risk missing out on a Champions League ticket if they lose against Tottenham again.
