According to sources at the Bureau De Change (BDC), on Sunday, April 13, 2025, participants at the Lagos Parallel Market (Black Market) purchase a dollar for ₦1570 and sell it for ₦1575.
Because it has instructed anyone who wish to trade forex to contact their individual banks, the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) does not acknowledge the parallel market, sometimes known as the black market.
