FCT: Wike says it’s not feasible to revive every industry in two years.

Nyesom Wike, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, has stated that the sector in the nation’s capital cannot be turned around in two years.

When asked why development is biased toward infrastructure rather than the fields of education and health, he revealed this on Monday at a media discussion.

The Federal Capital Territory Administration has started working in the health sector, he said.

He mentioned that the FCTA is rehabilitating Gwarimpa Hospital and has begun work at the shuttered Utako Hospital.

Consider the mess, the physicians’ quarters, Gwagwalada Hospital, Gwarimpa, and the shuttered Utako Hospital. He continued, “As I mentioned, we only have two years in office, so it is not feasible to turn around every sector.”
