According to the Federal Ministry of Labour and Employment, the government will keep working with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) to advance human resource management excellence. This is crucial to strengthen the country’s workforce and promote sustainable national prosperity, according to Dr. Muhammadu Maigari Dingyadi, Minister of Labor and Employment, who spoke at the 57th International Conference and Exhibition of CIPM in Abuja.The theme of this conference, according to Dingyadi, resonates deeply with the Federal Government’s renewed hope agenda, particularly in youth empowerment, enterprise development, and the pursuit of the Sustainable Development Goals. He praised CIPM for bringing together Nigeria’s leading HR professionals to exchange ideas and shape the future of work.
