First Asset Management, part of First HoldCo Plc, has introduced a N100 billion Infrastructure Fund aimed at addressing Nigeria’s infrastructure financing gap and promoting sustainable development in crucial sectors.
The investment company has officially launched the N20 billion Series 1 Offer under the program, aimed at long-term initiatives in renewable energy, power generation, recycling, waste management, and water resource development.’The fund is designed to offer sustainable capital for large-scale infrastructure projects while providing investors with alternative asset opportunities in Nigeria’s capital markets, as stated by the company. The Series 1 issuance has a 10-year tenor and a minimum investment requirement of N10 million, targeting qualified investors such as pension funds, development finance institutions, and high-net-worth individuals.
