“I switched from the PDP to the APC because Tinubu is making difficult choices.” Former Ekiti Department Governor

Biodun Olujimi, a former deputy governor of Ekiti State, has disclosed why she defected from the PDP to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).

Speaking in an interview on TVC’s Beyond the Headlines show, Olujimi credited President Bola Tinubu with inspiring her to make and stick to tough choices.

However, she pointed out that although her experience with the PDP began well, it later turned “torturous and very problematic.”

The former Senate Minority Leader, who was born in Ekiti, claimed that the APC’s readiness to make difficult decisions was the reason she joined the party.

“Well, it was a long journey for the PDP. At first, it was enjoyable, but later on, it became quite painful and troublesome. Therefore, it was time to go on. The time had come to re-energize. She declared that it was time to rearrange priorities.
