The president emphasized that Nigeria is a safe bet and promised that no Nigerian would be left behind. The president’s spokesperson, Bayo Onanuga, disclosed the remark in an X post.
According to Onanuga, Tinubu said: “Dear Nigerians,
I swore to serve all Nigerians, not just a select few. Every bridge, road, rail, power, and health project we complete is guided by that oath.
The Trans-Saharan highway that connects African nations, the Lagos–Calabar Highway in the south, the Sokoto–Badagry Superhighway in the north, the Port Harcourt–Maiduguri rail in the east, and the Abuja–Kaduna–Kano expressway in the center are not examples of local triumphs. They are the resources of our country.
The AKK pipeline has crossed the Niger, health centers are being restored nationwide, light rail projects in Kano, Kaduna, Lagos, and Ogun have been approved, 250,000 jobs are being created, power is returning to Kaduna through the resurrected 255MW power plant, bridges in Onitsha and Bonny are reuniting our people, and oil exploration is expanding in Bauchi and Gombe.
