Mauro Icardi has been cautioned by former Fenerbahçe attacking midfielder Rıdvan Dilmen to accept Victor Osimhen as Galatasaray’s top striker. Dilmen asserts that Osimhen is the rightful owner of Galatasaray’s center-forward position, and Icardi has to either concede or accept it. Dilmen recently stated on the Sports Digitale YouTube channel: “Okan Buruk also doesn’t want to annoy Icardi. However, sentimentality is not tolerated in the Champions LeagueYou wouldn’t have started this game with Icardi, and you wouldn’t have scored the third goal. It would have been a different game. You have little chance of success as a coach if emotionalism takes precedence over reason. Osimhen is the center forward for this team. Icardi will give in or accept it. Galatasaray overcame Göztepe 3-1 in the Turkish Super Lig over the weekend, with goals from Osimhen and Icardi.
