Alimi was part of the home-based Super Eagles side to the 2024 African Nations Championship
He netted once in three appearances for Eric Chelle’s side.
The 29-year-old forward is rated as one of the best strikers on the NPFL.
Alimi had previously attracted interest from NPFL clubs Rivers United and Rangers, but a move didn’t materialise
