Daniel Ogunmodede, the head coach of Remo Stars, has selected midfielder Olamilekan Adedayo as the Player of the Season for the club.
Olamilekan netted the crucial goal in the 1-0 victory against Niger Tornadoes on Sunday, securing Remo Stars’ inaugural Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) championship.
In this season, he has netted six goals for Remo Stars.
Ogunmodede smiled when asked if the player was the club’s best performer of the campaign, responding, “Yes and Yes.”
However, Ogunmodede declined to comment on the team’s plans for the upcoming season.
He guaranteed that the team would consistently stay one step ahead of their accomplishments.
