Olisema managed only three appearances for Plateau United in the NPFL last season.
The 25-year-old came into limelight following his outstanding performances with Warri Wolves in the 2022 President Federation Cup.
Olisema previously played for Lobi Stars and Ivorian side AFAD Djèkanou.
