The technical adviser of Nasarawa United, Salisu Yusuf, has characterized his team’s victory over Heartland by a score of 1–0 as a morale booster.
On Sunday at the Pantami Stadium, Anas Yusuf scored the only goal of the match to secure Nasarawa United three points against Heartland, who are facing relegation.
Salisu guaranteed that his team will keep battling for the remaining points this season
This win is a significant morale booster for our team, and we are proud of every player’s effort,” Salisu stated in a post-match interview.
“With three matches remaining before the League comes to an end, we are focused on taking it one game at a time and pushing for every point possible.”
Nasarawa United sit in 13th position on the table with 46 points.
