Report responding According to the Oyo State College of Agriculture and Technology’s DAILY POST, Alhaji Rahman Onike, the deputy registrar for students’ affairs, passed away. Oyo town native Onike passed away on Thursday. Early Friday morning saw the announcement of his passing.
In a statement released on Friday, the institution’s public relations officer, Opeyemi Olawore, confirmed the deceased’s passing.
Olawore stated in the statement on behalf of Professor Akinola Akinlabi, the institution’s rector, that the deceased’s condition deteriorated soon after giving a lecture on campus.
She mentioned that although he was taken to the hospital right away for immediate medical care, he was later declared dead there.
Alhaji Onike Rahman, the Deputy Registrar, Students’ Affairs for Oyo State College of Agriculture and Technology, Igboora, passed away. The rector, Professor Akinola Akinlabi, announced the death with a heavy heart but in obedience to the will of Almighty Allah, she said. Rahman was a highly resourceful staff member and seasoned administrator.
The deceased was taken to the hospital for immediate medical attention after becoming ill shortly after giving a lecture on campus, but medical professionals ultimately declared him dead.
As a result, the Rector expresses his condolences to the registry department, employees, students, friends, coworkers, wife, kids, and family for the enormous loss.
