An encouraging development is that the dispute between controversial singer Habeeb Okikiola Badmus, better known by his stage name Portable, and Fuji music legend King Saheed Osupa has been settled out of court.
King Saheed Osupa ended the public disagreement by addressing the development with maturity and generosity, stating that the subject will be addressed as a “father and son matter.”
The new management for Portable, Kehinde Adegbite, commonly known as Mallam Yankee, a well-known entertainment promoter and CEO of Yankee Entertainment, claims that a virtual meeting was held where all sides decided to resolve the issue in secret.
Mallam Yankee conveyed his sincere gratitude to everyone who helped to make the reconciliation possible.
He expressed his gratitude to Daddy Showkey, Pasuma Wonder, Abu Abel, Bankulli, Dr. Ezekiel Adamu, and numerous other entertainment veterans and industry stakeholders for their support and intervention.
