Pep Guardiola, the manager of Manchester City, has expressed his hope that Arsenal will give up goals soon. Guardiola was speaking following Sunday’s 3-1 victory over Bournemouth. City reduced the distance between themselves and the Gunners to six points with two goals from Erling Haaland. Arsenal has been playing incredibly well lately, going seven games without giving up in all competitions. Guardiola said, “Well, hopefully, Arsenal can concede one goal one day,” in response to the question of whether his squad could win the championship. For them, it is not simple. Only ten games remain; there are twenty-eight more to play, and a ton of things will occur. Next weekend, City will visit Liverpool in what might be a pivotal matchup in the race for the championship.
