Arsenal have opened talks for the transfer of RB Leipzig’s Benjamin Sesko, according to Mail Sport.
It is understood that the discussions are at an initial stage.
Gunners boss Mikel Arteta will strengthen his attack ahead of next season after finishing second again.
Arsenal finished as runners-up for three straight seasons and did not secure any trophies last season.
Arsenal’s bids for Sesko were turned down last summer and in January.
The 21-year-old will not come at a low cost, as Leipzig is asking for £92.5 million for the Slovenia international.
After Gabriel Jesus and Kai Havertz sustained serious injuries in January and February, respectively, Arteta found himself lacking options in the final third for the second half of the campaign.
