In Kaduna and its surroundings, the Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) has made notable headway on essential electricity transmission infrastructure initiatives designed to improve power supply, reliability, and capacity.
Engr. Nasir Mansur, the General Manager Transmission for the Kaduna Region, spoke at a press conference at the TCN regional office in Kaduna. S. Fada reiterated TCN’s dedication to providing stable and efficient electricity
He underscored the importance of several key projects, including the 330kV Double Circuit Kudenda-Mando line. Once finished, the line would transfer 215 MW from the Kudenda Power station to the Mando substation operating at 330/132/33kV.
He ascribed the project’s sluggish progress to the challenge of compensating Projects Affected Persons.
