The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has collapsed, according to a Monday declaration by the All Progressives Congress (APC). According to the APC, Nigerians rejected the PDP in the recently concluded bye-elections.
According to Felix Morka, the APC’s national publicity secretary, the results of the bye-elections demonstrated that Nigerians support President Bola Tinubu’s policies.
According to a statement made by Morka, the PDP has since collapsed and is no longer supported by Nigerians.
One would think that when its governors get together in their small numbers, they would feel a little embarrassed and focus on how to save their dying party with urgency and accountability.
Rather, they would rather squander their time leveling baseless accusations and innuendos against our magnificent Party.
Nigerians are responding favorably to President Bola Tinubu’s administration’s Renewed Hope policies and programs, as evidenced by the APC’s resounding victory in the recently concluded bye-elections. This shows how confident the electorate is in our party.
“The PDP governors’ praise of democracy in the bye-election they won and criticism of democracy in the ones they lost are naive and reckless.
“The PDP’s or other opposition parties’ win or loss is not and cannot be used as a gauge for the legitimacy of our nation’s electoral performance or process.”
