El-Amin, a polo team from Kaduna, won the 104th edition of the renowned Georgian Cup, sponsored by First Bank, over the weekend, solidifying their dominance over Nigerian polo. The high-flying polo team won for the sixteenth time. In the fiercely contested 6-chukker round, El-Amin defeated Kaduna Makarfi by an overwhelming 12-goals to 4-goals margin to win the championship. The team’s sponsor, Mohammed Babangida, expressed his joy and acknowledged his supremacy at the highest level while attributing their triumph to diligence.
