According to the DAILY POST, Daniel Bameyi, the captain of the Flying Eagles, has finalized his transfer to ND Primorje Ajdovščina in Slovenia.
Bameyi signed a three-year contract with ND Primorje Ajdovščina after leaving Nigerian Academy Yum-Yum FC.The 19-year-old played on loan at Bayelsa United, a team in the Nigeria Premier Football League, during the previous season.
Before the European transfer window ended, the deal was finalized.
Following the 2025 FIFA U-20 World Cup, which Chile will host later this month, Bameyi will join his new team.
He is capable of playing both center and right back.
