Blackburn Rovers, an English Championship team, has officially signed David Odogun, a Nigerian defender.
The club confirmed the defender’s signing on their official website.
Odogun will now join the Blackburn U18 team for the upcoming season after agreeing to the scholarship deal.
Wolverhampton Wanderers, a Premier League team, was where the defender played for the previous five seasons.
Silver Obinna Eze, a highly regarded center-back, has also made the decision to remain at Blackburn Rovers.
Several Italian teams expressed interest in Eze, but the Nigerian player has chosen to stay in the Championship.
