When manager Xabi Alonso substituted Vinicius toward the end of the Santiago Bernabéu match, Vinicius was clearly upset. The 25-year-old yelled “always me” at Alonso before declaring, “I’m leaving the team,” according to Goal. Better that I go. After then, Vinicius rushed into the tunnel but came back a short while later. After the final whistle, the Brazilian got into a post-match argument with Barcelona winger Lamine Yamal, who was at the heart of the altercation.
