According to the Daily Post, the Super Eagles will hold their first and only training session in Blomfeinteim on Monday night (today) at Toyota Stadium. The session will begin at 6 p.m. Nigerian time, and Promise Efoghe, the team’s media officer, revealed that the first 15 minutes of the training will be open to the public and media.
After suffering an injury during the 1-0 victory over Rwanda last Saturday, talismanic forward Victor Osimhen was left out of the squad. Eric Chelle’s team arrived in Blomfeinteim at approximately 6:25 p.m. local time on Sunday. Bafana Bafana and the Super Eagles will play on Tuesday at the Toyota Stadium in Bloemfontein.
