After her mother, Mrs. Nelda Mohammed, passed away, the Senators’ Wives Association of Nigeria (SEWAN) extended a heartfelt sympathy message to one of its members, Hajia Laila Barau.
News reporters were given access to a statement signed by Dr. (Mrs.) Unoma Godswill Akpabio, the president of SEWAN, on Monday.
The association expressed its condolences to the bereaved family and called the loss as irreplaceable, according to the statement.
The Senators’ Wives Association of Nigeria would like to express its deepest sympathies on the loss of your mother. It is obvious that you and your family are grieving deeply over this irreversible loss.
We also pray for her spirit to rest in the arms of the Lord and offer our condolences to the family and Deputy Senate President, Distinguished Senator Jibrin Barau, for her passing.
“May you find strength and solace in the recollections of your mother’s love, insight, and legacy during this trying time. The message said, “May Almighty Allah grant her Jannatul Firdaus. We stand in solidarity with you, sharing in your sorrow and offering our deepest sympathies.”
