Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has revealed that the African Democratic Congress, or ADC, coalition will not relent in defending Nigerians against President Bola Tinubu’s anti-democratic force.
Atiku stated that the coalition will save Nigeria’s democracy from a looming dictatorship.
These were assurances given by the former Vice President during separate meetings with Sokoto South Senator Aminu Tambuwal and former Attorney General of the Federation Abubakar Malami.
“Today, I assured Senator Aminu Waziri Tambuwal and former Attorney General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami, that we will be relentless in protecting the rights of every Nigerian who is being harassed by anti-democratic forces of the Tinubu-led APC administration,” Atiku wrote in a post on X.
“The goal of the coalition we are promoting is to free our democracy from the grip of this new dictatorship.
“We will consciously work together to preserve our democracy.”
