The Peoples Democratic Party’s (PDP) state governors stand to gain the most from President Bola Tinubu’s exceptional economic policies, according to a statement released Monday by the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Felix Morka, national publicity secretary for the APC, claimed that PDP governors let Nigerians, their party, and themselves down.
Following their Saturday meeting in Zamfara State, the PDP Governors accused Tinubu’s administration of acting in an undemocratic manner.
However, Morka claimed that rather than concentrating on reviving their party, PDP governors would rather waste their time leveling baseless accusations and innuendos against the APC.
“The governors of the PDP, a party in deep slumber, savagely crippled by intractable crisis of its own making, and turned into an unrecognizable shadow of its old self, are making statements that only aptly describe its own doomed fate, now and in the lead up to 2027,” reads a statement from Morka. Since then, the PDP has collapsed and is no longer supported by Nigerians. One would think that when its governors get together in their small numbers, they would feel a little embarrassed and focus on how to revive their dying party with responsibility and urgency. Rather, they would rather squander their time leveling baseless accusations and innuendos against our great Party.
