Nigeria defender, Zaidu Sanusi has been included in FC Porto’s squad for the inaugural edition of the FIFA Club World Cup, DAILY POST reports.
Sanusi barely featured for the Dragons last season following a cruciate ligament injury which sidelined him for around eight months.
The 27-year-old has been tipped to leave the Portuguese club this summer in search of more regular playing time.
The left-back aims to make an impression on potential buyers at the Club World Cup, which will take place in the USA.
Sanusi’s contract with Porto has two years remaining.
The ex-champions of Portugal are set to encounter Lionel Messi’s Inter Miami, Brazil’s Palmerais, and Al Hilal from Egypt during the group stage.
