Former lawmaker Dino Melaye, who represented Kogi West Senatorial District, has revealed why he has been quiet in recent times.
Melaye, who appeared on Arise Television’s ‘Prime Time’ show on Monday, stated that he was in school and needed to focus.
He also stated that his recent silence to focus on studies has paid off, stressing that he not only graduated but has been called to the Nigerian Bar.
I’ve been quiet because I was at school. I didn’t want Nigeria to happen to me. I needed them to allow me to graduate.
“I have graduated now, and I have been called to the largest bar in Africa,” he told me.
