President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is scheduled to visit Kaduna State, barring any last-minute changes. He will leave Abuja for Kaduna to attend the wedding of Nasirudeen Yari, son of Senator Abdul’aziz Yari, who represents Zamfara West.
Tinubu’s spokesman, Bayo Onanuga, confirmed the trip in a post on X, adding that the President will also pay a courtesy visit to Aisha Buhari, widow of the late former President Muhammadu Buhari, at the family residence in Kaduna.
“During the visit, President Tinubu will attend the wedding ceremony between Nasirudeen Yari and Safiyya Shehu Idris,” Onanuga wrote. He further stated that the President is expected to return to Abuja after the visit.
