A media company called CBI Digital Media is about to launch CBI News, a revolutionary digital-first news platform that aims to improve journalism and rebuild confidence in African narratives. According to a release, the platform, which provides mobile and online applications for iOS and Android, will formally launch in Lagos on November 72025. Emperor Chris Baywood Ibe, the Chief Executive of the Baywood Group, a diversified conglomerate with operations in Digital Media Technology, Energy, Infrastructure, and Financial Services, is the creator of CBI News. Prior to the debut, Ibe stressed that credibility and innovation are the cornerstones of CBI News. “CBI News is a commitment, not just another news outlet. a dedication to reporting the truth, improving narrative, and restoring public confidence in journalism. CBI News is the platform that Africa deserves, one that tells its stories with honor and clarity.Audiences are calling for reporting that is more accurate, in-depth, and honest at the time that CBI News debuts.
