Al-Nassr captain Cristiano Ronaldo’s potential next club has been proposed by former Manchester United assistant coach Rene Meulensteen. Meulensteen thinks Ronaldo would relocate to Major League Soccer (MLS) with Los Angeles in order to rekindle his rivalry with Inter Milan’s Lionel Messi in the US. He discussed Ronaldo’s future with Compare Bet, speculating that the former Real Madrid and Manchester United player would be near Hollywood. Can you picture [Cristiano] Ronaldo and [Lionel] Messi on the same Miami team? “It’s a great city,” Meulensteen remarked. Conversely, it would be fantastic to rekindle the competition between Messi and Ronaldo. Why not Los Angeles? Given that it would be so close to Hollywood, I believe Cristiano would relocate there. That is most likely where he will go next.
