In advance of the forthcoming season, the Nationwide League One, or NLO, has released player registration requirements. In order to access the NLO’s database, the league body has asked clubs to pay a registration fee of ₦600,000 (six hundred thousand Naira) to its account. Clubs in the U-19 Youth League and NLO Division One are eligible. Players’ primary school diplomas must be submitted to the youth league clubs. Division One clubs must register by Friday, February 27, 2026.This was announced on Tuesday by the NLO board and Secretariat. The statement claims that the preemptive action demonstrates the league body’s dedication to making sure that 2026 league preparations are proceeding smoothly. On Friday, April 10, the new season is scheduled to begin.
