Mercy Eke, the winner of Big Brother Naija Season 4, has been open about her thoughts on money and fame.
The reality star stated that she would rather have money than popularity in an interview with Odira Ndubuaku, emphasizing that she is prepared to sell her notoriety for cash.
She claims that celebrity without money is meaningless.
Eke stated that she doesn’t mind selling her social media accounts and maintaining a low profile if she receives a good offer.
“I just occasionally like being famous. For two billion bucks, I would exchange my celebrity. Do you think they convey fame? Please remove me from all social media sites and give me money. For money, I would sacrifice everything, including my influence,” she declared.
Eke went on to say that if she had two billion dollars, she could buy a house on an island and provide a comfortable life for her family.
She made it clear that she doesn’t give a damn about fame.
