Casemiro, a midfielder for Brazil, has announced that he will not be extending his contract with Manchester United, thereby ending his tenure there.
Casemiro stated that he plans to go at the conclusion of the season when discussing his future in an interview with ESPN Brasil on Tuesday.
“I don’t believe that. It’s obvious that I will decide at the conclusion of the season. He declared, “There are no chances.”
The former Real Madrid player thanked the team and its fans, calling his tenure at Old Trafford unforgettable.
“I’m eternally grateful, not just to the club, but to the fans, for those four beautiful, wonderful years,” he remarked. “The fans’ love for me is what I will cherish most from these four years.”
Casemiro stated, “I want to leave through the front door at a high point in my career, and I hope to leave on good terms.” At Manchester United, the cycle is over. “My career is about to enter a new phase,” he continued.
The midfielder reaffirmed his gratitude for the team even if he hasn’t decided where he will go next.
“Here in England, I will always be a Manchester United supporter. “I can only express my gratitude to everyone for their love,” he remarked.
