Jerome Adams has been unlucky with injuries, according to Sevilla sporting director Victor Orta, who has backed the attacker to contribute to the team.
During the winter transfer window, Adams left Ligue 1 team Montpellier to join the La Liga team.
Since joining the team, the 24-year-old has, however, sustained two muscular injuries.
The former Flying Eagles player has only made four league appearances for the Rojiblancos due to the injury.
Orta is certain that Adams will be a vital member of the team in spite of the setback.
“Because he (Adams) has never been hurt, he suffered two muscle injuries.” Although Akor’s injuries are regrettable, we shall investigate the cause of them. We have a lot of confidence in him,” he told the club’s official website.
