Before Chaos in the Ring, Portable and Efe exchange words.

Before their celebrity boxing match at Chaos in the Ring 4, celebrities Habeeb “Portable” Badmus and Carter Efe exchanged new threats. Meanwhile, main event fighters Ezra Arenyeka and Godday Appah also sparred at a face-off before the May 1 card at the Balmoral Hall, Federal Palace Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos.

Portable, who had already defeated Speed Darlington and Charles Okocha in celebrity exhibition bouts, made it apparent that he planned to add a third at Efe’s expense.

“I’ll utilize you to get my third belt. I defeated Speed Darlington and Charles Okocha, who were both larger than you. He told Efe straight out, “I will beat you now.”

Unfazed, Efe dismissed Portable’s record and cautioned that the fight would be short.

“I’m unbeatable. I will defeat you in the ring if you are afraid of me. He retaliated, “One punch and you fall.”

In the main event, Arenyeka and Appah put aside any animosity between the Itsekiri and Ijaw populations of the Niger Delta during their fight, which is promoted as a symbolic WBO Peace Fight.

Appah did not hold back while evaluating what his opponent would face.
