Prof. Ishaq Oloyede, the Registrar of the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, apologized for the mistakes in the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination on Wednesday, but he broke down in tears.
At a news conference in Abuja, Oloyede sobbed as he declared, “I apologise for the trauma caused the candidates.”
