Former England striker, Emile Heskey has named the teams to finish in the Premier League top five this season.
The teams that will finish in the Premier League top five this season will qualify for the Champions League next season.
At the moment, Liverpool are on top of the Premier League table, having been confirmed champions already following their win over Tottenham Hotspur last weekend.
Arsenal occupies the second position behind Liverpool, while Newcastle United, Manchester City, and Chelsea round out the current top five.
Nevertheless, Heskey thinks that Chelsea and Nottingham Forest will compete in the Europa League next season, having finished outside the Premier League’s top five this season.
He believes that Liverpool, Arsenal, Newcastle United, Manchester City, and Aston Villa will secure the top five positions, leaving Chelsea and Nottingham Forest behind.
Heskey informed Metro via Best New Bingo Sites, “I’m thrilled to witness the competition for the Champions League; it promises to be genuinely thrilling.”
forward added.
I really hope Villa sneak in, and I think they are capable of doing it, but they need a bit of luck with other results.
“I have Villa sneaking in fifth behind Man City, Newcastle, Arsenal and of course Liverpool.
“I think Forest have had a fantastic season, but may just burn out, and the battle for fifth between Forest, Chelsea and Villa will be interesting. But I hope Villa get it with Chelsea and Forest in the Europa League,” he said.
